Keith specializes in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, especially for overhead athletes.

His skills include manual therapy, movement analysis, spinal mobilization/manipulation, dry needling, and post-operative care. His certifications as a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) professional, ArmCare expert, and OnBaseU professional help reduce injuries and enhance golf and baseball performance.

Coming from a quiet town in rural Georgia, Keith's fascination with sports began at an early age. Watching and playing all sports became his passion, driving him to become interested in how the best athletes maximize their potential. Competition fueled his desire to be the best athlete he could be.

Everything changed in high school when Keith had shoulder surgery. This challenge shifted his path and sparked a determination to learn how to rehab and recover. This "curveball" in life would ultimately spark his mission to help young athletes avoid the injury struggles he faced. That's when he decided to become a physical therapist.

Keith continued his baseball career through college at the University of West Georgia and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2013. In 2016, he earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercer University.

Keith's drive for excellence in understanding how the body moves and heals led him to complete Mercer University's Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency program in 2017. By 2018, he had become an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).

Paul specializes in baseball and orthopedic rehabilitation, including hypermobility and complex nerve entrapments.

His skills include manual therapy, movement analysis, spinal mobilization/manipulation, dry needling. He is a Movement Links Specialist.

Dr. Paul Yoon focuses on sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, and optimizing movement patterns for baseball and rotational athletes.

His clinical interests include the management of baseball-specific injuries, joint hypermobility, and complex nerve entrapments such as Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. By identifying and addressing inefficient movement, he helps athletes optimize their performance while minimizing the risk of future injuries.

His clinical foundation combines physical therapy with strength and conditioning principles, reinforced by clinical internships completed at nationally recognized facilities, including Champion PT & Performance and MoveStrong PT at Cressey Sports Performance in Boston.

After earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and completing an Orthopaedic Residency at Mercer University, Paul achieved Board Certification as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). His clinical approach incorporates advanced frameworks, including his credential as a Movement Links Specialist, training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and dry needling certification.

At Elite Rotational Athletics, Paul works with athletes to recover effectively from injuries, refine their mechanics, and develop the physical resilience required for long-term health in their sport.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

"Keith is a rare find. He is so detailed and thinks differently when finding solutions for each particular individual. He doesn’t apply general rules and assumptions when figuring out the right plan for you. He is results focused and always adapting. The plan morphs as you progress and more of the complete picture of what is going on is revealed. Keith is excited to figure out the most complex and abnormal cases. He wants you to feel confident and strong, not just have less pain. I feel like I’m being challenged athletically in our sessions, not just rehabbing an injury. He is like having a truly “personal” trainer who knows all of your muscle and movement patterns and makes changes constantly to have you feeling your best and performing at your highest capacity. I always leave our sessions feeling better mentally and physically. I am a sports massage therapist, and I go to Keith on a regular basis to keep me at my best for my clients. Our whole family goes to Keith for any orthopedic/neuromuscular challenge. He is the only PT I refer clients to as well. I can’t fully convey the positive impact Keith will have on your life. If you’re tired of trying “one more thing” to feel better, do yourself a favor and trust that trying just one more time with Keith will be worth it. I guarantee you he will help you in some way, and most likely he will think of something other doctors have not yet." - Alaina D.

"This was the absolute best PT experience I have ever had. Every phase of my recovery journey was charted with Keith who felt more like a teammate working towards a common goal and not just a physical therapist." - Alex S.

"Keith helped my son Noah get back to playing after almost a year of elbow pain AND two other attempts at physical therapy! I cannot thank Keith enough for his help." - Sara B.
